Customer Comments Your CD arrived this morning and I just sat down to have a look – imagine my surprise when I opened the History of Vernon County section and there in front of me was a section on my great grandfather John T. Deatley!! I bought the CD from you because you had listed Deatley as one of the names contained within the CD. In the section on my great grandfather it gives birth dates, dates of death, names of children, when and why the family moved from Illinois to Missouri, just everything that I have been searching for – for so long. I feel like you have sent my great grandfather to me!! I don’t know how I can thank you enough for listing this CD. You have filled in so many blanks in my family tree and I am just so grateful to you. I hope that I am conveying my gratitude to you through this typing!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!! GREAT STUFF not just because it included lots on my wife's ancestors specifically but because there is NOTHING like ready history written a hundred years ago and in such detail and related to a one county area and impacts from the surrounding area.
