Barker Cemetery near Greenton, Missouri in Lafayette County, MO Barker Cemetery (also known as the Barker Family Cemetery) is located a short distance northeast of Greenton, Missouri in west central Lafayette County, MO. The cemetery was founded in 1849. Located on a rather high hill, there are commanding views of the countryside to the north and east from the cemetery.From Greenton, drive east a short distance on Johnson Drive. The cemetery is behind a barn and farm house on the north side of the road with the driveway to the cemetery between the buildings. The Barker Cemetery gate and sign can be clearly seen from Johnson Drive.
