Muncie Cemetery is located a short distance southeast of Higginsville, Missouri in central Lafayette County, MO. This cemetery sits directly against and on the north side of Brand Cemetery. The Brand Cemetery is in a separate fenced off section. Mt. Muncie Cemetery was established as a black cemetery.From the business district of Higginsville, take Highway T southeast to Shelby Road. Turn south (right) on Shelby Road and drive a short distance south out of town. The cemetery sits are on the east (left) side of the road.
